Assura QRC Environment Variables

 Hello,

I have installed Assura QRC (ext71) to work on my design with an IBM Cadence Design Flow through MOSIS. But I do not know which environment variables I should be setting up, and cannot find any information about the same on Cadence or otherwise.

Can anybody please help me with this?

 Thank you,

~ASICKitty~

    Try the following:

    1. Set the shell environment variable 'QRC_ENABLE_EXTRACTION=t'
    2. Define a shell environment variable 'EXTHOME=/path/to/ext712' (doesn't have to be 'EXTHOME' but is consistent with 'CDSHOME' and 'ASSURAHOME' naming)
    3. Make sure the path to '$EXTHOME/tools/bin' shows up before any $ASSURAHOME or $CDSHOME entries in your $PATH

Once that's done, depending on the verision of virtuoso (IC5.1.41 vs. IC6.1.x) you may not see any sign that it's installed until you bring up the extraction UI (the title of the UI mentions 'QRC'.

    Hope this helps!

    Andrew.
