adc inl and dnl using monte-carlo solution in cadence

Hi everybody,

I am a beginner and I am designing a 6 bit flash adc in cadence. I want to use  monte carlo simulation to find inl dnl of adc in cadence. How can i do it? Is there any better alternative?
