Monte Carlo simulation

Hi,

I'm new user of Cadence, I'm interested in Monte Carlo simulation using the Virtuoso Analog Design Environment with Spectre. The FDK I've been working with is the UMC 0.18. Following the Design Kit guide is possibile to do montecarlo simulation using the models version for the corner 'mc, provided by the spectre models. In my case for the UMC 0.18u there are no MC models for simulation. Are there others ways to perform a Monte Carlo simulation in order to simulate within die variations?

I used HSPICE and, for MC simulations, can be set several random variables that can be associated to mosfet parameters to perform process variations, in Spectre the MC simulation is similar?

Thanks,
