Measure DAC performance over corners

Hi,

I have a DAC design which I am currently testing and would like to be able to test over corners. My starting point is to measure the mononoticity of the design across corners. Does anybody know the best method to test a DAC design in such a manner?

For example, how could I set up my testbench so that I can run the corners and at the end I can simply look and see a pass/fail for monotonicity for each corner. I am currently running ADE XL, so I know about the pass/fail capabilities, it is more the setup of the DAC testbench that I am unsure of at the moment.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Regards
