Assura LVS errors/warnings

I'm getting some errors/warnings with Assura LVS (Assura 317, IC5141 ISR200811081405, solaris 10) that I first thought were related to the foundry ruledeck but they've informed me that its an Assura problem. My original email to our foundry is below:

We're new to the assura flow and are wondering about the significance of some warnings and errors we encounter during Assura LVS:

Top cell  vco vs vco layout asdf
*WARNING* the filterOptions command filterOptions("nfet_rf_m0(MOS)" "XZ" ignore( "B" ))
will be processed without ignore part
*WARNING* the filterOptions command filterOptions("nfet_rf_m0(MOS)" "XZ" ignore( "B" ))
will be processed without ignore part
Compare errors, please see vco.csm and vco.cls files.
cpu=0.02m  wall=0.02m  mem=20.12mb

Finished /CMC/tools/c08/ASSURA/tools/assura/bin/nvn

Starting /CMC/tools/c08/ASSURA/tools/assura/bin/vldbToRpa vco.snn vco.tre vco.cel
*ERROR* Bad pin swapping expression:
   (f S D G)
      for cell "dualmimcap(CAP)"
   Error is: invalid pin name
      for pin S
Ignoring swapping for this cell. The pins are :
      PLUS
      MINUS
      B

At the end of the day we just want to extract and do PLS to make sure the results match. Do we need to worry about these warnings? I
haven't touched anything in the avParameters and avCompareRules, is there something in there that could resolve these errors/warnings?

We're using IBM CMOS8RF from MOSIS...

Thanks,
Tarek
