problem with choosing device

 Hi all,

I am new to cadence and I just started a project designing a class D amplifier.

I am using ibm 130nm tech file but found there are more than expected number of mosfet transistos for me to choose.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the relevant information about the different devices ?

And any suggestions on choosing the device ? I am trying to build a low voltage amplifier with Vdd around 1.5.

 Thank you !

Regards,

whlinfei

in your /doc folder read cmrf8sf.model_guide.pdf and cmrf8sf.design_manual.pdf, the devices are characterized in these documents and you can choose which one is best for your application.

if you have specific questions about the pdk you should sign up to http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/MOSIS_Users_Group/
