de-License errors even after installing new license file.

We installed IC613. We installed new license,but still we are getting license errors .Workbench is opening correctly, but to open any further windows ,small window showing upgrade license,.we are gettings messages like
"

*WARNING* Application VLS-GXL (Schematics) is not enabled. Using application*WARNING* (icLic-3) Could not get license Virtuoso_Schematic_Editor_L

 and after that the proces get aborted.
I attached screen shot and also the messages in CIW window ..,

How to solve this,,??

    You clearly either do not have the licenses with the right product names and versions, or you're pointing at the wrong license server.

    Either way, you need to contact Cadence Customer Support, rather than asking things like this in a community forum. If you need your products upgrading, talking to Customer Support or your account manager is the solution.
