1/f Noise of MOSFET in Transient Noise Analysis

It appears that I'm only getting the thermal noise of a MOSFET in the transient noise analysis!?!?  Is there a way to see the 1/f noise as well?  The rms of the transient psd matches the ac-noise analysis thermal noise power, and my resistor noise psd's are correct, so I think I'm running things correctly!?!?

Are you setting noisefmin? Without this you won't get any flicker noise - see the documentation for more details.
