Ocean XL post processing corners

Hi,

 I have setup a simulation in ADE-XL with a corner defined (temp_freq_proc) that sweeps frequency, process corner and temperature. In total this results in 60 different runs (numbered temp_freq_proc0 to temp_freq_proc59). I am able to select the output and plot all 60 results at the same time into a plot.

However I would like to be able to extract a subset of the simulated corners, eg temp_freq_proc0 to temp_freq_proc20 to only show corners at one particular temperature. This gives a better insight in the data.

 Since I have allready done all these (long) simulations I don't want to redo them temperature for temperature...or frequeny for frequency

If I for example use the function ocnxlGetCorners() it only returns nil in stead of a list of all defined corners. How do I select a specific result for a specific corner?

BTW: I use IC6.1.3

Thanks for your feedback.

     Hi Andrew,

     No problem, in the meantime I worked out a solution I can work with for the moment. Interactive plotting is not a real option here since I want to plot several waveforms on one plot using strip mode. One strip for each signal containing all corners for that particular signal. If you plot interactive you need to rearrange your plots often.

    My solution is somewhat manual. I created a list of corners (manual inspection) and used a for loop to directly read out the data in the results directory. However it would be nicer to have obtained a list of corners that could have been selected using a parameter. If I need to update my scripts I will contact you.

    Here's a small example of my code:

    cornergroup = list( '(1 2 3 4) '(5 8 10) '(45 56 59) )

    foreach(cornerlist cornergroup

    foreach(corner cornerlist

    sprintf(dir "/home/user/results/data/Interactive.1/%d/lib:block" corner)

    wavef = v("some net" ?result 'tran ?resultsDir dir)

     plot(wavef ?strip x)

    )

    )

    Thanks for your feedback

    Chris.
