skill commands

Hi I would like to swipe few commands in order to load Cadence

1. include /PDK/CRN65LP/cds.lib

2. setenv CDS_Netlisting_Mode "Analog"

Do I have to swipe them into the CIW window or in the linux terminal?

Thanks

Nik

    Yassou Nik,

The "include" statement should be able to go in the ./cds.lib file, the syntax looks correct - you can use either "INCLUDE" or "SOFTINCLUDE" and these keywords are case-insensitive.  In SKILL the ddSetForcedLib() command allows a different directory's cds.lib file to be used, other than the default of the current directory: ./cds.lib file.  The "setenv" statement is a Unix (csh) command, so it can either by typed in the terminal, or automatically set in your environment by including it in a .login or .cshrc file (for example, other shells may use other approaches, such as .profile)

I hope this answers your questions.

    Regards,

    Lawrence.
