Hi everyone, I would like to integrate some skill commands in the Cadence IC 6.1 initialization process instead of having to swipe them into the CIW window every time I start session  Any guidance would be appreciatedRegards Nik

This is done using the ".cdsinit" file. This is a SKILL file which is loaded at startup. By default it's looked for in:

    <instdir>/tools/dfII/local
    .
    $HOME

and it loads the first it finds. It's also possible in IC61 with the csfLookupConfig file to get it to look for it elsewhere.

Run cdnshelp and search for .cdsinit and csfLookupConfig to find out more details on each.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
