What is NeoCircuit?

Hi

I got the contract that I have to find out what kind of tool NeoCircuit is! I saw only generally things about this topic, but I didn't find a specification! I already know that NeoCircuit is developed by NeoLinear but now it is a cadence software. My questions are if cadence has changed the name of this tool and where I can find a specification about NeoCircuit. What are the functions of this tool and how/where I can use this program?

One another question: Does this function run automatically or do I have to set it manually? If I have to set it manually where I can do this?
