Cadence 6.1.0 NCSU kit error :ERROR (OSSHNL-116)

For Cadence 6.1.0 version and we are getting error such below during simulation. For your information we are using NCSU CDK ver. 1.6.0 beta.

I believe attached the Techfile (NCSU_ami06) & model (ami06.m) correctly in virtuoso & ADE respectively. Also tried change instance view=symbol.

error:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR (OSSHNL-116): Unable to descend into any of the views defined in the view list, 'hspiceD spice cmos_sch cmos.sch schematic', for the
instance 'M1' in cell 'myinverter'. Either add one of these views to the library 'NCSU_Analog_Parts',
cell 'pmos4' or modify the view list to contain an existing view.

End netlisting Feb 5 23:18:54 2010
ERROR (OSSHNL): Error(s) found during netlisting. The netlist may be corrupt
or may not be produced at all.
To generate correct netlist, fix the errors and re-netlist.
...unsuccessful.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pls guide. Thanks

regards,
Kumar

    Hi Kumar

Are you using spectre for simulation? Please check the following:

    a. In your schematic, select instance "M1"
    b. Press "q" to bring up the properties form
    c. Note the libname and cellname. Go to library manager and check if this cell has a "spectre" view or the view for your simulator. E.g. if you are using hspiceD simulator, it should have a "hspiceD" view.

Assuming that you are using spectre, if "spectre" view is present for this cell, please go to "Setup->Environment" in ADE menu and modify "switch view list" and "stop view list" as follows:

switch view list : spectre cmos_sch cmos.sch schematic veriloga
    stop view lis : spectre

You mentioned that you are using Cadence 6.1.0. I am not sure if you are really meant "IC6.1.0" or if you are just refering to IC6.1. For your information, there are a lot of new features in IC614 and so it would be great if you can give it a try.

    Best regards
    Quek
