X server problem in Abstract Generator

Hi, I have attached the log file (abstract and verify steps) from abstract generator. While performing verify step, I get error and lot of warnings which I am not able to solve due to lack of information as the pointed location in error line contains empty file. If someone can help me solving this issue, i'll be really grateful. Thanks in advance, Affaq

Better to upload as an attachment. I doubt anyone would be able to give much of a hint given that your pasted log file details have lost all line breaks.

    Andrew.

     Hello Andrew,

I have edited my previous post. See if you can provide any guide line to solve that issue.

    Regards,

    Affaq

    Hi Affaq,

This essentially appears to be the same problem as in Cadence Online Support Solution 11494094. You need to install the libgdm.so.2 library, which is contained within this RPM package:

    > rpm -q -f /usr/lib/libgdbm.so.2
    gdbm-1.8.0-26.2.1

The version number may vary, depending on your OS version.

This package must be installed for "nograph" modes to work, as it is required by the Xndx "null" X server.

If you still have trouble after that, please contact Customer Support.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
