     Hi besafoli,

I noticed that you are using an extremely old version of Spectre (6.2) that is no longer supported.  There have been many improvements to Spectre since then.  I strongly encourage you to upgrade to MMSIM7.2 (available on downloads.cadence.com).

The error message font is pretty tiny and difficult to read, but I believe this is a common issue reported in Solution  1838670 on http://support.cadence.com .  One potential cause for this error is the CDS_Netlisting_Mode is not set to Analog.

To resolve the problem, exit the tool and set the environment variable either in the xterm you are using by typing:

     setenv CDS_Netlisting_Mode "Analog"

    Then restart the software.

     best regards,

    Tawna
