How to enter a variable into a symbol

 Hi,

Am trying to find out, whether it is possible to assign a global variable, which, for instance, is defined in the .cdsinit, to a label on a schematic or a symbol?

    I assumed that as well, but it didn't work, it just prints the variable name... however, have since figured out the solution.

    I saw another post and was able to extrapolate the answer. What I need to write in the ILLabel field is {myGlobalVarName}. Not knowing anything about Skill I assume the {} are used to extract the value from a variable, a bit like $ in UNIX.
