IC6.1.4 layout editor L - read only - still need license feature 111

In dfIIconfig.pdf, it say that license feature 111 is needed for executing virtuoso IC6.1.2+. Read-only Layout Editor L don't need license feature Virtuoso_Layout_Suite_L. So I still can't execute either layout or layoutPlus in read-only if all of the licenses feature 111 had been checkout . ??

 I don't have too much licenses of Virtuoso_Layout_Suite_L. While I was only reading my layout, I don't want to checkout any license. In IC5.1.X, it is OK. But IC6.1.4 didn't work.  Is there any solution?

    Hi Jose

    Starting from IC612, license 111 is needed for Virtuoso to startup. License 111 comes together with the other licenses so you should have equal number of 111 and other licenses. There is no workaround for this. This requirement is not present in IC5141.
