Beginner question about floating-gate transistors

Hi.  I'm a computer engineering student in my IC design class we use "Virtuoso Front to Back Design Environment IC6.13.500.11".

For our final semester project, the professor "strongly encouraged" us to use "floating-gate" MOSFETs for a particular part of the project.  None of us can figure out how to do this, and the professor hasn't been much help.  We're deisgning to use the AMIC5N process.  I know what"floating-gate" refers to and how it works, but as far as implementing it, I have a few questions.

 1)  Is this a standard part in a library that I can install?  Our installation lists "NCSU_Analog_Parts", NCSU_Digital_Parts", "NCSU_TechLib_ami06", "avTech", "basic", and "cdsDefTechLib".  I looked in all of them and didn't see anything that looked right.

2) If there is no schematic/standard part I can use, and I just try to build a layout with two layers of Poly, will Virtuoso model correctly the "electron tunneling" that occurs to make the floating gate work?  The professor says just go ahead and try, but then I have nothing to compare it to to know if I did it right (if it accurately reflects the effect of building such a device on a chip).

Also, I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but any help would be appreciated.

 Thanks

I hope this is the solution.
