global vss! coincident with gnd!

Dear all,

I have a question about global signals.

My circuit contains only two supplies (vdd! and gnd!).

Now, I inserted a digital circuit found in the technology library, which contains also the global signal vss!

I could continue to perform simulations for example putting a dummy voltage source with 0V between gnd! and vss!

But I don't think that in this way it will be possible to perform also LVS and Post-layout simulation.

Otherwise, substituting gnd! with vss! is not possible because the simulation needs a gnd!

Let me know if you have a solution.

Thanks a lot,

Stefano
