 Hello dear colleagues.

At me the following question - how to receive files RCXdspfINIT and RXCspiceINIT? In manual it is written that they are created at compilation Techgen-compilation, however at me they have not appeared. Than it can be caused?

Best regards

    Hi Slawa

It is correct that these 2 files cannot be created manually by the user. They are automatically generated by Techgen during compilation. Actually only RCXspiceINIT is generated. RCXdspfINIT is just a soft link to RCXspiceINIT. Were there any errors when you performed Techgen compilation?

No. Any errors was not. Probably I incorrectly generate qrcTechFile?
    I do the following - 1)Techgen -si "ict.file"   2)Techgen -compilation -layer_setup  "layer_setup_file", where "layer_setup_file" a file connecting ict with lvsfile.

    Hi Slawa

Did you specify the lvsfile during compilation? E.g.

terminal>Techgen -compilation -lvs lvsfile -layer_setup myLayerSetupFile

Did as you offers and result is similar. Something can not so in the compiler? It should give out any broad log at the work? At me he writes always only:
    Techgen (tm) Tech file Generator.
It is thus absolutely indifferent to a format "lvsfile". Simply for the sake of interest palmed off on it LVS.rul and procfile and result always one->
    [xx@yy techgen] Techgen-compilation-lvs "..."-layer_setup_file "..."

         Techgen (tm) Tech file Generator.

    [xx@yy techgen]

I managed to obtain this files only using a combination -lvs -p2lvs. It is very strange as in manual is written that "-layer_setup <filename> " New in EXT8.1, the layer_setup file replaces the p2lvsfile.

    Hi Slawa

That's great. Actually I have been using "-lvs lvsfile -layer_setup layerSetupFile" and it works fine for me. I would suggest that you contact your local Cadence support to do more troubleshooting on this issue. A testcase is most likely needed.
