Error with undifined model

Hello everyone!! I met a problem when I use resistor models of IBM PDK to simulation on spectre.
The error message is about " xxx is an instance of an undefined model self_heat_curr. "
It couldn't normally simulation with all resistor models in PDK, and it always show the same error message below.

Error found by spectre in `opppcres', during circuit read-in.
ERROR (SFE-23): ".../Spectre/models/opppcres.scs" 175: rshea is an instance of an undefined model self_heat_curr.
ERROR (SFE-23): ".../Spectre/models/opppcres.scs" 176: rsheb is an instance of an undefined model self_heat_curr.
ERROR (SFE-23): ".../Spectre/models/opppcres.scs" 177: rsha is an instance of an undefined model self_heat_curr.
ERROR (SFE-23): ".../Spectre/models/opppcres.scs" 178: rshb is an instance of an undefined model self_heat_curr.

I'm sure that I have add the resistor library(opppcres.scs etc..) to the Model Library Setup.
The same setup mothod with Capacitors & inductors models didn't have this kind of situations..

I don't know how to fix this problem..
Please give me some advices, thank you.

error has fixed!!   07/08/2010

    Hi Ramadan

Would you please post a new thread for your issue? You might also want to read the forum guidelines before posting. It is bad practice to post using capital letters as it makes the reading more difficult. : )

    Best regards
    Quek
