OpAmp Settling time using wavescan

Hello, I am measuring settling time on an opamp while at the same time varying parameters to optimize it. I am doing it the hard way by moving along the response curves to find the exact settling time. Does anyone have a way of doing this using the "cross" function without getting the answer getting confused due to multiple crossings before the output settles out? Thanks and best regards.

It might help if you were a little more specific. "something wrong with it" is rather hard for me to answer - it's a bit like nailing jelly to the wall...
