OpAmp Settling time using wavescan

Hello, I am measuring settling time on an opamp while at the same time varying parameters to optimize it.  I am doing it the hard way by moving along the response curves to find the exact settling time.  Does anyone have a way of doing this using the "cross" function without getting the answer getting confused due to multiple crossings before the output settles out?  Thanks and best regards.

    Hello Tawna

I am able to log in to the online support solution to find out the problem already with my HOST ID.

However, my cadence(5.1.41) problem still persists.

My output voltage waveform goes from -1V to 1V. Delay time for rise and fall is 1ns. Period is 200ns.

I want to calculate the settling time for 0.2%. Hence, in the calculator:

    Initial Value type: y

    Initial Value: -1

    Final Value type: y

    Final Value: 1

    Percent: 0.2

The error message is: Evaluation error(Unknown scalar data type: nil) Expression: settlingTime(wave_10() -1 nil 1 nil .2 nil "time")

Kindly need your assist and advice.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Regards
