abstract generator resolution setting?

Dear experts,

I'm trying to generate a LEF file of my custom-made analog macro using the Abstract generator (5.10.41_USR5.90.69).  My problem is that, while my layout snap grid is 0.005um, the LEF file I get from the abstract generator has a minimum unit of 0.01um. For example, if I have a rectangle in my layout with a coordinate of (0.005 5.545 20.345 25.435), the same shape is extracted in the LEF file as (0.01 5.55 20.35 25.44) with all the numbers rounded up. This is troublesome because it causes DRC errors after doing routing using backend tools. I don't have time to manually adjust all the coordinates. Does anyone know how to set the abstract generator's minimum grid for LEF extraction as 0.005um? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Jihoon

Please see COS solution 11150834. In library manager, please add "float" property "gec3DBUPerUU" with a value of "2000" to your technology library.

    Best regards
