IC5.1.41 and IC6.1.3

Hello everyone,

we are using IC5.1.41 on our systems (CentOS 5.5) but we have to upgrade to the 6.1.3 version.

At first, we need to use both versions.

Please, can you give me some help about how setting the environment (I mean, e.g., the environmental variables) for this?

    I would suggest upgrading to latest version of IC614 instead of IC613. You can get the new features like layer palette. If you are refering to Virtuoso environment variables, no special setup is needed. If you are refering to shell variables, you can use the same cshrc file for IC5141. Just change the path to IC613. In case you make a switch to IC614, please include the following in the cshrc file so that you can use layer palette instead of LSW:

    setenv CDS_USE_PALETTE
