ASSURA RCX

Dear all,

I am trying to extract parasitics with assura from my top cell layout.

Since it is large I would like to filter the parasitics.

In the "Filtering" menu' I can put the minimum value for resistances, but not for capacitances.

How to fix a minimum value also for capacitances?

 Thanks a lot,
Stefano

    Hi Stefano

Please use minC option as shown below. As RCX is an outdated tool, please use QRC for parasitic extraction.

    Best regards
    Quek

    Hi Quek,

    Thanks for answering.

This option is not selectable (I don't know why).

    Thanks,

    Stefano

    Hi Stefano

minC is meant for coupled cap mode. I guess you might be using decoupeld mode. Please change the mode to "coupled" and you should be able to use it.

    Best regards
    Quek
