create_elements in qts script

Hi, I am trying to create path (metal connections) by .qts script that runs from Optimize->ExecuteUtility->RunScript in my Layout. I can not find correct form for 'create_elements' command. I miss layer functions for create path. Does anybody have any example please? Or is there any other easy option how to create new elements (metal paths) in the layout design by a script? Thanks for any suggestion.

    So, I learned SKILL at last and it works great :)

    procedure( DrawPath()
    cvid=geGetEditCellView()
        leCreatePath( cvid list("Metal3") list(0:0 20:20) 5 )
    ) ;procedure
    hiSetBindKey("Layout" "F10" "DrawPath()")
