     Did you try reading the documentation, or searching on Cadence Online Support? There is a solution for this on Cadence Online Support at http://support.cadence.com/wps/mypoc/cos?uri=deeplinkmin:ViewSolution;solutionNumber=1839795 which I found simply by searching for "ocean createNetlist" (without the quotation marks).

    Simply, do:

    simulator('spectre)
    design("myLib" "myCell" "schematic")
    createNetlist()

    If using IC5141 you'll have to run this from icfb (not the "ocean" executable) because the "ocean" executable does not support netlisting. In IC61X, that's no longer an issue, so you can do it from the "ocean" executable too.

    Best Regards,

    Andrew.
