no matching .SUBCKT error for umc130

Hi, I am using umc130 design kit for RF design. For the non-RF components there is no error in LVS but when I try to do LVS for RF components (inductor/Mimcaps) I get an error saying "no matching .subckt statement for MIMCAPS_RF at line 25 .. " I am using the correct rulefile for the LVS, but I am not sure why this error is popping up. Is this an installation problem? Please let me know, in case anyone has any idea. I am using Virtuso ic_5141 and I am getting these lines in the netlists generated by Calibre. in the netlist generated by the schematic I get this statement: .SUBCKT test_circuit *.pininfo XC0 net3 net1 net4 net2 / MIMCAPS ... some parameters... .ENDS and in the layout netlist I get this error: .SUBCKT test_circuit ** N=4 EP =0 IP=0 FDC=1 X0 1 2 3 4 MIMCAPS_RF ...some parameters.. Thanks in advance. Please let me know if you need anything else also for debugging... Abhishek

Probably better posted on the IC Design Forum (or RF Design).

However, the problem appears to be with Calibre - so posting on a Cadence forum is probably not the best place (Calibre is a tool from Mentor Graphics).

    Regards.

    Andrew.
