Insufficient memory available on simulation using inductor

Hello,

I'm trying to run a transient simulation on a schematic that includes an inductor. It's not an ideal inductor from the analogLib library, but an inductor included in my TSMC process tech. I get the following message whenever I run a simulation with that inductor included in my schematic (even when I only have one single inductor in the entire schematic). FYI, I'm using IC 5.1.41

Fatal error found by spectre during info `subckts'. Insufficient memory available. Internal error found in spectre during info `subckts'. Please run `getSpectreFiles' or send the netlist, the spectre log file, the behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem to support@cadence.com. Segmentation fault.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with Cadence or the TSMC PDK. I attached my netlist file with one voltage source and one inductor. I feel the schematic is too simple to use that much memory. Any help in solving this problem is appreciated.

Thanks, Wonyoung

I used IC614, MMSIM6.2 to run a simple transient simulation, and I get the following message.

ERROR (ADE-3036): Errors encountered during simulation. The simulator run log has not been generated. Possible cause could be an invalid command line option for the version of the simulator you are running. Choose Setup->Environment and verify that the command line options specified in the userCmdLineOption field are supported for the simulator. Alternatively, run the simulator standalone using the runSimulation file in the netlist directory to know the exact cause of the error.

I tried running ./runSimulation in the netlist directory, and I got the following message.

runSimulation scripts generated for spectre interactive are not intended to be used for command line. spectre (ver. 5.10.41.071008 -- 10 Jul 2008). Includes RSA BSAFE(R) Cryptographic or Security Protocol Software from RSA Security, Inc.

Error found by spectre. Invalid command line argument `-maxw'. Use `spectre -help' for more information.

Could you help me figure out what is causing this problem? Thank you very much in advance.
