About hardCopy

Hi, I'm new.

I wrote a new post but I can't find it in forum until now so I write it again

I have question  of command "hardCopy".

I wonder why I can't find the graph in the folder "zzz" after I set  hardCopyOptions(?hcTmpDir "/aaa/yyy/zzz") .

I only can get the graph when I set  hardCopyOptions(?hcTmpDir "/aaa") .

At first I think it  must be in root folder, but  I also can't get the graph when I set  hardCopyOptions(?hcTmpDir "/bbb") .

Is there some requirement to the directory ?

I try it again and now I find I made a mistake. hcTmpdir is not the directory for saving graph.

The hardCopy result file were saved in runDir of cadence i.e. "aaa"

So my new question is whether there is a way to save hardCopy result file to my specified folder instead of runDir?

You can send hardcopy file to any folder but make sure the folder you send it existing and you have permission to write data there.
