instability with diva extraction?

Hi, I have a very strange problem when extracting my design with diva. Here is the problem: I'm working on a Mixed-Signal Chip 6.4 x 4.7 mm2, over 300 000 transistors and use some Artisan IP cells as BlackBox. There is in the design a big digital block of 3 x 0.6 mm2, and a lot of small digital parts included in mixed-channels. Without the big digital block, extractions are always fine, while with the big digital block, diva Extraction sometimes fails sometimes pass randomly (seems). The displayed error is for: " in model /artisan/ DFFX1(for exemple)/ abstract the teminal "Q" is missing. The cell and the terminal can be different for 2 successive extraction attempts. Is it possible that this issue come from a limitation of diva when working with big design ? do you have any idea to solve this problem ? Regards!
