Tabulation in ADE XL 6.1.4.500.3 Monte Carlo takes forever

 Hi,

I am running a Monte Carlo analysis in ADE XL and in the job summary it has been tabulating for hours. My simulations finished up hours ago according to the log file. The results that I am lookig for are just 2 point on curve.

((value(IT("/V3/plus") 39u)+ value(IT("/V3/plus") 49u)/2

There were a total of 48 simulations for the MC analysis. Basically, I could plot out all 48 waveforms and do the calculations by hand quicker, enter the data into an Excel spreadsheet and watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy quicker than the software can do it.

Appreciate your help with this.

Thanks,

Jim

    Hi Andrew,

I did contact customer support. The solution was to delete the .cadence directory. That seemed to work. Thanks for responding.
