I would like to do as the  excel trenline function, may I do it directly with the calculator into Cadence instead of importing the cadence data into the excel file ?

Sorry about the delayed response on this - it was posted in the wrong forum.

There's some support for finding the best-fit line using regression with Monte Carlo (either using the statistical sensitivity after monte carlo in ADE XL, or using the plotting capability for Monte Carlo), but there isn't a built-in function to do this on arbitrary data (as far as I'm aware).

It wouldn't be hard to write one as a custom function though, but I would suggest contact customer support on this - it seems a reasonable enhancement request to me.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
