substrate contact in IBM cmos9sf kit

Hi, I am unable to find the subc contact in this kit. Please let me know where I can locate it if anyone has any experience with this kit. Thanks Sriram

Don't place subc symbols in IBM 9xx design kits. The rule decks are setup to find them in the layout, but not in the schematic. Regards, Zach.
