In my terminal window where I started "icfb" from I get a message:

Info=> hiSubEventShell(): more than 20 levels

What does that mean? What is the reason of that?

I use IC 5.141.

Did you actually try to search in COS (Cadence Online Support)?  I presume not since I searched for just "hiSubEventShell" and the one match that came up seems to be exactly the question that you are asking.  Take a look at Solution 11139758

    Regards,

    Lawrence.
