Analog Design Environment error 154455

The simulation taht I was runing on a schematic was going well, until I added a MOM capacitor to the schematics and also added the

model file "cor_rtmom.scs" in the model library setup. The I get the following error message:

Error found by spectre in `crtmom', during circuit read-in.

154455: Illegal forward reference of parameter `j1' to initialize parameter `layodd'.

....

Can anybody help. I can't continue my work until this problem is resolved.

  • Maybe you are running in an old version of the simulator? At the top of the simulator log file, which version does it report? If it's IC5141, you really should be using spectre from a more recent MMSIM release.

    If you're stuck with IC5141 as the simulator release, try going into setup->environment in ADE and entering +csfe in the field labelled userCmdLineOption
