Equivalent to Agilent ADS 3 port Symbolically defined device

Is there an analoglib component (or a custom component made from analog parts) that can serve the purpose of the ADS 3 port SDD? for example, the VCCS is equivalent to a two port SDD, where the output current is prescribed by a function of the input voltage (through a transconductance). I'm basically looking for a current source that is a function of two voltages (like a MOSFET, where the current is dependent on both Vgs and Vds). If anyone has any thoughts on this please let me know.

I think what you're after is spectre's "pvccs" which can be found in analogLib as pvccs2 (with two ports) or pvccsp (with a parameterizable number of input ports). The coefficients allow a polynominal equation of the multiple input variables and combinations of each. See "spectre -h pvccs" for more details on the meaning of the coefficients (or probably the documentation on analogLib in cdnshelp).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
