layer visibility and LSW palette

 Hello,

 I can not use the LSW palette to turn a layer invisible. To make a layer unselectable, it works fine. But the visibility options do not work. I see no error in notification zone.

 Any idea ?

    Hi Wighou,

    Which subversion are you using?  It is possible that you have a slightly older version that has a bug in it regarding the Layer Palette. You could try using the SKILL function leSetLayerSelectable() in the CIW?

    leSetLayerSelectable(
      l_layerPurposePair ;; this is something like list("metal1" "drawing")
      g_isSelectable ;; set this to 'nil' for the layer to be unselectable
      [ d_techFileId ]
    )
         => t | nil

    Hopefully this can provide a workaround in the meantime, until we understand why it does not work.

    Best regards,

    Lawrence.
