A question about displaying opPoints information ...?

Hi, I am using Cadence IC514 version.

I am facing a problem of displaying operating points after simulation run successfully.
I have a model files for a special technology but don't have pdk kit.

In order to simulate i created symbol for  nmos, pmos transistor using analog library mosfets.

I used these same symbol for simple schematics. But after simulation , it is not displaying operating points. Even 'Results > Print >DC Operating point' is also not working. But inside the symbol it is showing.

Is there any particular setting that need to be set ..? Can somone drive me to solve this issue ...!

Thanks in Advance ...

    Hi Prabhakar

This might be because your models are wrapped in subckts. Please check if "Appendix B: Accessing Subckt Simulation Data" in $CDSHOME/doc/cdfuser/cdfuser.pdf can resolve your problem. : )

    Best regards
    Quek
