New long elaboration step in ncsim (incisiv10.2) ?

 Hi,

we use AMS-Simulator to verify our Mixed-Signal design.

Since incisiv10.2 we see in the ncsim.log a new message:

Time for Elaboration: CPU = 1.61912 ks (26m  59.1s), ....

Time for EDB Visiting: CPU = 2.12857 ks (35m  28.6s),...

In sum this two steps lasting one hour! Is it possible to skip them or accelerate them?

These two steps were not present in INCISIV9.2 - and we were one hour faster!

Why does ncsim elaborate the design again?

The Problem is extistent, when simulating our annotated netlist with much hierarchy and cells and inherited power connections.

Best regards,

Andreas
