Dear Sir, I am drawing the butterfly curve for measuring SNM of a SRAM cell. But I am not able to interchange the axes of graph of DC simulation of one of inverter. So please tell me which function I should use in calculator to swap the XY axes to draw butterfly curve. And also tell me that how can I inscribe a square of largest possible size in the butterfly lobe.

    Hi,

You can use the technique proposed in the following paper:

    F. J. List, "The Static Noise Margin of SRAM cells" ESSCIRC, 1986.

    regards,
