You should define result directory location and result database location in "Options -> Save " under "Simulation Results Directory Location" and "ADEXL results Database Location".

Generally I would advise leaving the "ADE XL Results Database" location blank, as this means it will be stored within the ADE XL view itself. This is relatively small, and contains the scalar result information from any measurements - and can be revisioned along with the rest of the ADE XL setup and history.

The Simulation Results data is much larger, and it's usually that which you would want to move elsewhere.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Hi ,

I changed the result directory as suggested in ADEXL. but unfortunately when i run a RCX Simulation (only incase of RCX simulation) i get a lot of warnings in the CIW window

WARNING (OCN-6040) : The specified firectory does not exist , or the directory does not contain valid PSF results. Ensure that the path to the directory is correct and the directory gas a logFile and PSF result files.

What i do not undestand is why it searches for PSF data when it has still not started simulating. since the path exist on the network may be its not able to access it ?? but then why only incase of RCX simulations

    Regards,

    Ankur
