dcmatch replacement

 Hi,

I work with IC6 + spectre and the DCMATCH parameters are not supported by our fab. So basically they are not available in the model file. So I cannot use dcmatch.

I was using dcmatch to see what component had a dominant impact over the offset of my IP block. But now since dcmatch is out of the picture, what tool can I use ?

What I want is the list of the devices (mos,res,etc...) that are dominant in the matching/offset.

I can use MonteCarlo but there is just a number and not a list. For example in order to tweak a size of a device I need to know if his size is dominant in the matching figure. Otherwise I can loose a lot of time to trial-and-error for each each component.

There is a replacement of dcmatch ? Can we obtain a detailed list of the dominat sources or errors from MonteCarlo ??

Thanks,

Danny.

    Hi Danny

Would spectre sensitivity analysis be what you need? : )  Please search for "sensitivity analysis" in $MMSIMHOME/doc/spectreuser/spectreuser.pdf.

    Best regards
    Quek
