cadence Calibre xRC extraction

Hi all, i am using Calibre 2010.2_13.12 to do the post layout extraction. under PEX optioins-database-Precison, there are two numbers to specify precision and resolution. there are no units given for these two number. Can anyone help to interpret the meaning of these two ? Also, when doing xRC extraction, what are the things that should be set to get a accurate results? Thanks. in advance. Best Regards, Linfei

  • Your post title says "cadence Calibre xRC extraction". Well, Calibre is a tool from Mentor Graphics, not Cadence. Whilst somebody on this forum may well know the answer, you would probably be better off posting this in an equivalent forum on their site (or log a support request with Mentor).
