Hi All,

I want to plot beta vs Ic curve of a NPN. I do the ac analysis first and get the Ic and Ib and beta=Ic/Ib. Now I want to plot beta vs Ic, anybody

knows how to do that?

Thanks very much!

    Hi Enjin

Here is how you can do it:

    a. Plot beta on a viva display
    b. Plot Ic on the same window
    c. Right mouse click and select "YvsY"
    d. Select "Ic" as the trace to be used as the x-axis

You will now get beta vs Ic. I have assumed that you are using IC615 as you did not provide any version number.

    Best regards
    Quek
