SNR Calculation in IC5141

Hi,

I am Designing a CTSD ADC. I would like to calculate the SNR/SNDR/SFDR of a signal.

Is there a procedure present to do so in IC5141 with MMSIM 7.0

You could use the spectrum function in the calculator to do this (this is in IC61X though).
There are some functions in VSDE for doing this too, if you are using IC5141.
