multiple vector files to run on same setup

I want to load different vector file to the same design. Is it possible to run it at once using ultrasim. I am using 10.1 ver of ultrasim.

Not enough detail, I'm afraid. What tools are you using? (I assume a simulator, but which one?). Which versions are you using!
