measurement of a transistor

how to measure a size of a transistor in virtuose layout editor. In schematic the dimensions of my PMOS is 20um wide and 0.35 um length. In layout by simple ruler measurements it doesnt look the same? - any help?

    You can use properties and look at the width of the device if it is a pcell. (hotkey q)

     You can check the measurements of the device using the ruler.  (hotkey k)

     It will depend on what your hot keys are, ruler and properties are both available from the pull down menu.
