annoying systematic short simulation pause with mmsim

Hello,

We are currently simulating with spectre Version 10.1.1.111.isr8 through IC 5.10.41.500.6.148

When starting a simulation through ADE environment we get a pop up with the spectre.out report. This one rolls down and stops at the following lines for a while (5-10sec):

....
Loading /cad/cadence2010_2011/MMSIM/tools.lnx86/cmi/lib/64bit/5.0/libinfineon_sh.so ...
Loading /cad/cadence2010_2011/MMSIM/tools.lnx86/cmi/lib/64bit/5.0/libphilips_sh.so ...
Loading /cad/cadence2010_2011/MMSIM/tools.lnx86/cmi/lib/64bit/5.0/libsparam_sh.so ...
Loading /cad/cadence2010_2011/MMSIM/tools.lnx86/cmi/lib/64bit/5.0/libstmodels_sh.so ...

(point where the simulation stop for a while)

Auto-loading AHDL Component

etc....simulation finishes.

then it curries on and finishes normally. We have observed that this pause is taking place for only some of the users. It is not proper to a tool version. it occurs for many different mmsim versions and IC51 and IC61.

Usually a new user account does not have this delay for a period and then one day this symptom starts. We started thinking that this symptom is related to cds user environment variables but we cannot locate which ones.

Question1: Have you ever heard about this issue?
Question2: What spectre does at this particular moment? If you could guide us through the insides of the tool and what is trying to do, during this period we could possibly find the reason that is causing this annoying delay.
